Your First NRQi Studio Visit

You will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment.
The exact address of the clinic will be included in your confirmation email.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel.
Please complete the patient intake form before your appointment.
Located on the first floor, our clinic is regrettably, not wheelchair accessible.
Wear comfortable clothing and eat something before your appointment.
Please arrive on time. If you are late for your appointment, then this will directly impact your treatment time
